I started off the morning with a nice run around the park. It was almost two weeks since I went running outside and it felt real nice to get out there.
I got back home, got dressed and ready and Munchkin and I headed out to lunch and some shopping with my cousin Patricia. We went to Century 21 where Patricia bought a black dress suit. After that we went to TJ Maxx where we found the same exact suit but for $30 less! Needless to say we returned the more expensive one. I don’t understand how two stores next door to each other can have such a difference in pricing. I bought a new cover for my phone because my old one cracked. I seriously think the new one is the coolest cell phone cover I’ve ever seen because it’s make out of bamboo.
After shopping we went to Dallas BBQs for some lunch/dinner. We started with some of their delicious Henny Wings. They are seriously on the list of best wings I’ve ever had, and they’re huge!
For my actual lunch, I shared a rotisserie chicken sandwich with Munchkin. It was topped with BBQ sauce and really good. BBQ sauce is just one of those condiments that makes everything taste better.
Patricia and I also shared a Strawberry Margarita. Texas BBQ’s is famous for their huge icy drinks and now we know why. It was really good at first, but once it started melting it got really sweet.
When we got home, our neighbor’s cat was sunning itself on our front steps and Munchkin took this as an open invitation to play. He also tried to feed him leaves. He once tried to feed Tommy’s dog rocks. I don’t think he understand the concept of what animals eat yet.
When Tommy got home from work, we went out for some ice cream from Coldstone. The mall that houses our local Coldstone installed a bunch of coin operated rides for kids so we put Munchkin on for a ride.
Alex was not impressed, really not impressed.
We got home just in time to give Munchkin a bath and watch the Jersey Shore. Oh yea! Jersey Shore yea!
Now I need to get to work. I have to clean up the whole house so I can go get my nails done for my parties tomorrow. We are also going to the movies tonight. Can’t wait!
