Dog Cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/6 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Frosting

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
  • Mix in flour and baking soda.
  • Stir in shredded carrots.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting

  • Combine peanut butter and cream cheese in a large bowl.
  • Cream together until fluffy.
  • Frost pupcakes and top with a dog biscuit.
