Pupcakes
Dog Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/8 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/6 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
Frosting
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
- Mix in flour and baking soda.
- Stir in shredded carrots.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before frosting.
Frosting
- Combine peanut butter and cream cheese in a large bowl.
- Cream together until fluffy.
- Frost pupcakes and top with a dog biscuit.
