Frosting

peanut butter

cream cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
Mix in flour and baking soda.
Stir in shredded carrots.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before frosting.
Frosting
Combine peanut butter and cream cheese in a large bowl.
Cream together until fluffy.
Frost pupcakes and top with a dog biscuit.
