Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a double boiler, melt your semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Once completely melted, transfer to parchment lined baking sheet and spread into a thin layer.
Place baking sheet into fridge to let chocolate set quickly.
While the semi sweet chocolate is setting, melt your white chocolate chips in the double boiler.
Pour melted white chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread to cover the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
While the white chocolate is still liquid, press conversation hearts, M&Ms and other candies into the white chocolate.
Melt your candy melts in your double boiler and sprinkle it over the bark to create swirls.
Place in fridge to set completely for 30 minutes.
Once completely set, break into small pieces and enjoy!
