Maple & Brown Sugar Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (any type)
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Transfer to mason jars or other single serving containers.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Optional: Heat for 30 seconds before serving.
