We don’t bite our friends.

The inspiring words in the title of this post are from none other than Yo Gabba Gabba.  I just wish that munchkin would listen to the songs on that show, for once.

Teething has returned full force and munchkin is in the process of getting his canines.  I can’t say that he was ever a bad teether.  I never had the sleepless nights and screaming all day that some mothers complain of.  It also scares me to think that I’ve been spoiled by this little guy and when I have kids in the future, it might not be this easy peasy.

Along with the canines has come biting.  He has always been a bit of a biter, but he seems to have developed a new found strength in his jaw, because when he bites, he really bites.  And after he bites, he laughs while you’re nearly yelling from pain.  He will also chew on anything he can get his little hands on.  His current favorite chew toys are clothes pins, the things you use to secure laundry when you hang it to dry outside.

After his canines come in, he will have almost all his teeth, except some molars.  And then, in a few years the real fun starts…the tooth fairy.

 Have a great Tuesday everyone!
