I love Benefit Cosmetics, well I love pretty much all cosmetics and make-up (but that’s a story for a different day). When I found out Benefit was opening a brow bar at my local mall I knew I had to go see what it was about. Seeing that I was having trouble finding a place that could make my eyebrows look good consistently, I had very high hopes going in.

Needless to say, I was impressed. Impressed enough to keep going back for over a year now. For the past week or so, the only thing I could see when I looked in the mirror was my overgrown brows and I knew that they needed help ASAP. So this morning I packed the munchkin into the car and drove over to the brow bar to get my much needed fix.
I love how the girls who work at the Benefit counter entertain munchkin while I get my brows done. He loves the attention especially from pretty ladies. After about 15 minutes I was as good as new with my brows perfectly shaped and lightly filled in with Brow Zings, which I own and love.

| Check out that brow perfection. |
After paying and waving bye-bye to the Benefit ladies (waving done enthusiastically by munchkin) we headed over to the Clinique counter to seek relief for my skin which has been buggin’ lately. I bought the three-step system for skin type 3. I used this once before when I was still in high school and had good results so I’m hoping for the same. I’ll try to write up some type of review when I get some use out of it, hopefully it’ll be a good one.

We also got a free gift with our purchase. I really like the Clinique cosmetic bags that come with all their gifts. They always have the cutest prints and are great for storing all the randomness in my makeup collection. I’m not crazy about Clinique eye shadows, but I live the included mascara and lip gloss. The lotion is heading over to my boyfriend who likes it, even though it might be unmanly.

After our planned shopping was complete we piled back into the car. Shopping is a tiring sport.
| Can you tell our trip ran into nap time. |
Now I get to go to school. Yay! I know you’re jealous, I would be too if I were you.
Just Kidding! I had two days off because of Passover but now I must return to reality of school in the afternoons. I love getting days off for holidays I don’t celebrate, probably even more than the days off for holidays that I do celebrate. May 12th (my last final) can’t come soon enough!
